ATW Warrant definition
ATW Warrant means that certain Warrant dated on or before the Closing Date issued to ATW Opportunities Master Fund, L.P. by Fr8 App, which Warrant is automatically exercisable in accordance with its terms at the time of the Closing hereunder for 2,376,439 shares of Preferred Stock and Series D Warrants to purchase 3,014,624 Ordinary Shares, in each case, as such Warrant may be assigned in whole or in part from time to time.
