Attributable Income definition

Attributable Income means any income attributed to Henvey Inlet First Nation pursuant to subsection 75(2) of the Income Tax Act;
Attributable Income is defined as the sum of the Per Lot Clearing Income plus the Per Lot Trading Income multiplied by the Clearing Percentage;
Attributable Income means that portion of the Annual Income which has been deemed the taxable income of the First Nation, as settlor of this Trust, pursuant to the application of subsection 75(2) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and, as such, is not taxable income of the Trust;
