Attesting Physician definition
Attesting Physician means any physician who completes Part II of the GREEN Form and attests to the presence of medical conditions in support of a Claim for Matrix Compensation Benefits.
Attesting Physician means the physician who signed Part II of the Green Form as part of a Matrix Claim by or on behalf of a Class Member.
