Attested Time definition

Attested Time means time spent remedying issues related to the Data Breach, as provided in Section III of this Agreement.
Attested Time means time spent remedying issues related to the Data Incident.
Attested Time means time spent remedying issues related to the Security Incident, as provided in Section III of this Agreement.

Examples of Attested Time in a sentence

  • To the extent the Settlement Administrator determines a claim for Out- of-Pocket Losses or Attested Time is deficient in whole or part, within a reasonable time of making such a determination, the Settlement Administrator shall notify the Settlement Class Member of the deficiencies and give the Settlement Class Member twenty-one (21) days to cure the deficiencies.

  • All Exposure Class Members who submit a valid claim using the Claim Form (Exhibit A to this Settlement Agreement) are eligible to receive reimbursement for documented Out-of-Pocket Losses and Attested Time up to $7,500 per Exposure Class Member.

  • The Settlement Administrator shall have the sole discretion and authority to determine whether the prerequisites have been met in order to award payments of Attested Time, but may consult with Class Counsel and Centerstone’s Counsel in making individual determinations.
