Attendance Incentive Program definition

Attendance Incentive Program. Bargaining unit RNs who, during a full calendar quarter, have had perfect attendance shall be eligible to participate in the Attendance Incentive Program. In this program, perfect attendance shall mean that a bargaining unit RN must have been at work for all scheduled time. Approved and scheduled vacation, compensatory, personal, holiday, mutual leave without pay and authorized no-pay time are the only exceptions to this attendance policy.

  • Procedures for use of the Attendance Incentive Program are attached as Appendix B.
