Attendance Boundaries definition

Attendance Boundaries means those boundaries, as determined by the School Board, used to determine the building to which students residing within said boundary shall attend.

Examples of Attendance Boundaries in a sentence

  • To the extent the Non- Contributing Property remains within the Attendance Boundaries, the Reserved Capacity allocable to the Non-Contributing Property shall terminate and Elementary School attendance of students within the Non-Contributing Property shall be governed by the District’s standard attendance policies.

  • If requested in writing by the Participating Developers and notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9.1.1, the District may in its discretion exclude the Non-Contributing Property from the Attendance Boundaries.

  • The District may include such property in the Attendance Boundaries only to the extent such additional property is reasonably anticipated to generate elementary school students equal to or less than the Assigned Capacity and Credit that would be assigned to that Participating Developer’s share of the Non-Participating Developer’s Development Property.
