Attempted Escape definition
Attempted Escape means the Children and Young People do not breach a secure perimeter or supervision but an incident has occurred which was directed towards that purpose. Furthermore, if the Children and Young People do not exit the vehicle or Custody Area, this incident is to be treated as an attempted escape;
