Attachment Space definition

Attachment Space shall have the meaning set forth in UAR R746-345-2-B.
Attachment Space. The amount of space on a Pole used by an Attaching Entity as provided for in UAR R746-345-5.A(3)(d).

Examples of Attachment Space in a sentence

  • If additional Attachments are permitted which are placed in the usable space of the Pole, but outside of the previously permitted Attachment Space, then an additional Attachment Space shall be added for calculation of annual contact rental.

  • If additional Attachments are placed within the same Attachment Space as a previously permitted Attachment, and are compliant with all requirements of this Agreement, no additional annual contact rental is applicable.

  • Where the service drop is within the existing permitted Attachment Space, Licensee must provide written notice to Pole Owner no later than thirty (30) calendar days after installation of the service drop is completed.

  • Further, where a service drop installed on a Pole for which no permit exists, or where the installed service drop is outside of the existing permitted Attachment Space, an Application pertaining to the service drop must be submitted to Pole Owner no later than thirty (30) calendar days after installation of the service drop is completed.

  • Licensee need not submit Applications for additional Attachments within the permitted Attachment Space for mid-span service drops from permitted Pole Attachments, or service drop risers and associated equipment attached directly to the Pole.

  • Attachment is limited to available Attachment Space on applicable Poles where it exists in excess of the current or planned future needs of Pole Owner at the time Application for Attachment is made, as may be expanded by the Make Ready Work improvements ordered by the Attacher.

  • The continued availability of Attachment Space on any Pole is not guaranteed and is subject to the changing needs of the Pole Owner.

  • Pole Owner shall also provide to Licensee a detailed list of poles sold which includes pole numbers and any other available information which will assist Licensee in identifying the specific poles sold.Licensee need not submit Applications for additional Attachments within the permitted Attachment Space for mid-span service drops from permitted Pole Attachments, or service drop risers and associated equipment attached directly to the Pole.

  • Regardless of the number of Attachments within the assigned Attachment Space on a Pole, Attacher will be assessed the Pole Attachment License Fee per each Attached Pole.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, a fee shall be charged for “Authorized Attachment Space.” Authorized Attachment Space shall mean the usable space occupied by one or more Licensee Attachments on Pole.

  • Service Specific Terms means the HCL document current at the date of Order which contains any terms specifically relating to a Service ordered by the Customer.

  • Attachment A is an itemized list of the estimated election expenses for this Joint Election and the amounts that each Participating Political Subdivision must deposit with the Dallas County Elections Department. It also includes the Deposit Detail for each entity.   • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.
