Attached Units definition

Attached Units means an Assessor's Parcel of Residential Property that consists of or shall consist of a building or buildings in which each of the individual Units have at least one common wall with another Unit.
Attached Units means units attached to the department and includes the employment appeal board, hospital licensing board, state citizen foster care review board, racing and gaming commission, and state public defender’s office.
Attached Units means Trust 1 Units, Trust 2 Units and any other units which are from time to time Stapled or to be Stapled to a share in the Company including, but not limited to, Trust 3 Units when the Storage Fund Stapling Proposal is implemented;

Attached Units means in groups of four or more units each of which shares one or more common walls with another unit.

  • Restricted Share means a Share awarded to a Participant pursuant to Article 6 that is subject to certain restrictions and may be subject to risk of forfeiture.

  • Share Units means the hypothetical Shares that are credited to the Share Unit Accounts in accordance with Section 5.3.

  • Core Units means such Units of the Trust that are issued to Core Investors with the condition that these are not redeemable for a period of two years from the close of the First Offer Period. Such Units are transferable with this condition, but otherwise shall rank pari passu with all other Units, save for this restriction. Any transfer of the Core Units, during the first two years of their issue as mentioned herein, shall be affected only on the receipt by the Registrar of a written acceptance of this condition by the transferee.

  • Partnership Unit means, with respect to any class of Partnership Interest, a fractional, undivided share of such class of Partnership Interest issued pursuant to Sections 4.1 and 4.3 (including Performance Units). The ownership of Partnership Units may be evidenced by a certificate for units substantially in the form of Exhibit D-1 or D-2 hereto or as the General Partner may determine with respect to any class of Partnership Units issued from time to time under Sections 4.1 and 4.3.

  • GP Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a GP Unit of the Partnership.

  • LTIP Units means LTIP Units, as such term is defined in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Deferred Share Unit or “DSU” means a unit equivalent in value to a Share, credited by means of a bookkeeping entry in the books of the Corporation in accordance with Article 7;
