Attached Dwelling definition

Attached Dwelling means a dwelling in a residential building which contains two or more dwelling units, which dwelling units have one or two vertical walls, but no other parts, attached to other dwelling units;
Attached Dwelling means a building used or designed as three or more self-contained dwelling units, each having direct access to the outside at grade level, where no dwelling unit is wholly or partly above another dwelling unit.
Attached Dwelling means a one-family dwelling which is constructed as one of a sequence of three or more one-family dwellings attached by common fireproof party walls.
