AT&T Network definition

AT&T Network means those integrated mobile switching facilities, servers, cell sites, connection, billing systems, activation systems and other related facilities over which the Service is provided on facilities and spectrum owned or controlled by AT&T.
AT&T Network means any network operated or utilized by AT&T or its Affiliates.
AT&T Network is the internal, non-public AT&T network infrastructure. “AT&T Systems” are the internal, non-public AT&T systems and applications.

  • This Agreement is intended to pass by operation of law to any party to whom AT&T may assign all or substantially all of the AT&T Network, but only to the extent that it is in fact assigned.

  • Upon receipt of such specifications from UPI, AT&T will establish its computer or computers on which the UPI Email Application will run, along with all other hardware and software necessary to operate the UPI Email Application on the AT&T Network.
