ATRRA definition

ATRRA means the agreement known as Australian Television Repeats and Residuals Deed 2000 as amended by the document known as Free Online Service means an online service owned or controlled by the domestic broadcaster of the Program where no charge is made for access to the service (other than fees related to the purchase or rental of any necessary reception equipment, any fee or taxes levied by government agencies or ISPs or, in the case of an authorised third party, the lowest available tier of any subscription or fee charged by that third party).
ATRRA means the Australian Television Repeats and Residuals Agreement dated as 28 February 2000 and the Australian Television Repeats and Residuals Agreement Terms of Settlement dated as January 1, 2004 (or as varied) made between SPAA and MEAA.
ATRRA means the Australian Television Repeats and Residuals Agreement as varied from time to time and any agreement or Award replacing that Agreement.

  • The standard form of engagement for Performers shall be: ATRRA Appendix 1 ('ATRRA Performers Standard Contract'); ATRRA Appendix 1A ('ATRRA Performers (Lenders) Standard Contract'); ATRRA Appendix 2 (A), (B), (C), (D) - Schedule A; ATRRA Appendix 3 ('Schedule B - General Conditions').

  • This loading shall form part of the upfront fee rather than being deferred as per ATRRA 2016.

  • Despite anything in this agreement and ATRRA 2000 to the contrary, unless and until such variations in relation to animation Programs are negotiated and agreed by the parties, then the provisions of ATRRA 2000 shall continue to apply to animation Programs produced on or after 1 January 2004.
