ATPA definition

ATPA means the agreement known as the Actors Television Programs Agreement 2013 (as amended by this Deed).
ATPA means Associated Third Party Administrators.
ATPA means the Actors Television Programs Agreement, 2004 as varied from time to time and any Award replacing that Award. In entering this Agreement, each party acknowledges the policy position of the other as to the matters which are the subject of this Agreement - namely "Category E" programs being programs not otherwise covered by ATRRA. * SPAA maintains its firm position that rates of pay and conditions as to the class of program to which this Agreement applies should be established in an Australian industrial relations context and in particular:

  • If you fail the ATPA Assessment, you must repurchase the ATPA Assessment.

  • Sharing, publishing or distributing the ATPA Assessment materials in any manner is strictly prohibited.

  • You may not share the ATPA Assessment materials or your submission or any portion thereof.

  • The Advanced Topics in Predictive Analytics (ATPA) Assessment is a measure of your understanding and application of the key conceptspresented throughout the ATPA course.

  • ATPA authorized the President to grant duty-free treatment to certain products from the four Andean countries that met domestic content and other requirements.

  • Each grading session of ATPA Assessment has a specified deadline for submission.

  • Results for each grading of the ATPA Assessment will be released at the same time, for all candidates who submitted their ATPA Assessments before the deadline, regardless of when the e-Learning Candidate submitted the ATPA Assessment.
