ATJ definition

ATJ means Asyst Technologies Japan, Inc., a Japanese corporation (formerly known as Asyst Shinko, Inc.).
ATJ means the Access to Justice Grant Funding for Civil Legal Services.
ATJ means the reconciliation of the reports of Software shipments as submitted according to the instructions identified on Exhibit A.

  • If Buyer elects not to pursue such opportunity, and Seller or its Affiliate subsequently come to agreement with such commercial airline on the binding terms and conditions for such sale of Renewable ATJ, before entering into any binding arrangement for such sale, Seller or such Affiliate will offer such opportunity to Buyer.

  • This requirement to refer inquiries and offers from commercial airlines to Buyer shall remain in effect until such time as Buyer shall have entered into sale arrangements with commercial airlines referred to Buyer by Seller or its Affiliates for [**] of Renewable ATJ, after which time this Section 19.15(b) shall be of no further force or effect.

  • Gevo shall retain samples and documentation of batches of Renewable ATJ delivered to Kolmar under this Agreement in accordance with the guidelines in this paragraph and shall make such samples and documents available promptly at Kolmar’s request.

  • Additionally, Gevo further represents and warrants to Kolmar that the Renewable ATJ shall be handled, transported and shipped in transportation containers that are duly stripped, cleaned, and shall not contain any prior cargoes that may contaminate the Renewable ATJ during such shipment in accordance with Section 3.18(h) from the Facility to Kolmar’s Receipt Point in Gevo’s owned, leased or contracted transportation containers.

  • Kolmar or its representative shall have the right to perform a (technical) survey, audit or inspection of Gevo’s manual and operating procedures and Gevo’s records on quality control and checks of the Renewable ATJ.

Related to ATJ

  • GLJ means GLJ Petroleum Consultants Ltd.;

  • SAMR means the State Administration for Market Regulation of the PRC or, with respect to the issuance of any business license or filing or registration to be effected by or with the State Administration for Market Regulation, any Governmental Authority which is similarly competent to issue such business license or accept such filing or registration under the Laws of the PRC.

  • HK Company shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • AASHTO means the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials.

  • GT means Gross Tons/Gross Tonnage as defined by the International Convention on the Tonnage Measurement of Ships (1969). In the case of unregistered vessels, the Company shall at its discretion estimate a GT figure for the application of any GT-based charges.
