Generic Competition means, with respect to a Product in a particular country, the *** during which one or more Generic Products corresponding to Product are being marketed, sold, or distributed by a Third Party in such country and the number of units sold of such Generic Product(s) and any authorized generic version of Product ***.
Competitions means any competition comprised within the Event where the winner is awarded a prize. A Competition may be comprised of one or more qualification phase/sections, runs or heats, including official training sessions. In the FIS Rules, Competitions are sometimes also referred to as “races”.
Competition Match means any match played or to be played under the jurisdiction of the Competition.
