Athlete Identification definition

Athlete Identification means Licensor’s name, voice, nickname, likeness, and anything else that identifies Licensor, including, without limitation, photographic or graphic representations of Licensor, Licensor’s signature, and statements by Licensor
Athlete Identification means the right to use, subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Athlete's name, fame, nickname, initials, autograph, voice, video or film portrayals, facsimile signature, photograph, likeness and image or facsimile image, and any other means of endorsement by Athlete used in connection with the advertisement and promotion of Company's Services.

Examples of Athlete Identification in a sentence

  • From and after the termination of the Contract Period, all of the rights of Company to the use of the Athlete Identification shall cease absolutely and Company shall not subsequently use or refer to the Athlete Identification in advertising or promotion in any manner whatsoever.

  • Company agrees that it shall not file, during or after the Contract Period, any application for trademark registration or otherwise obtain or attempt to obtain ownership of any trademark or trade name within the Contract Territory or in any other country of the world which consists of the Athlete Identification or any ▇▇▇▇, design or logo intended to make reference to Athlete.

  • It is further agreed that following termination of the Contract Period, Company shall not advertise, promote, distribute or sell any item whatsoever in connection with the use of any name, figure, design, logo, trademark or tradename similar to or suggestive of the Athlete Identification.

  • Company understands that Athlete has reserved the right to authorize others to use the Athlete Identification within the Contract Territory and during the Contract Period in connection with all tangible and intangible items and services other than the Services specified in this Agreement.

Related to Athlete Identification

  • DoD item unique identification means a system of marking items delivered to DoD with unique item identifiers that have machine- readable data elements to distinguish an item from all other like and unlike items. For items that are serialized within the enterprise identifier, the unique item identifier shall include the data elements of the enterprise identifier and a unique serial number. For items that are serialized within the part, lot, or batch number within the enterprise identifier, the unique item identifier shall include the data elements of the enterprise identifier; the original part, lot, or batch number; and the serial number.

  • Baggage Identification Tag means a document issued by the carrier solely for identification of checked baggage, part of which is given to the passenger as a receipt for the passenger’s checked baggage and the remaining part is attached by the carrier onto a particular piece of the passenger’s checked baggage.

  • User Identification means any unique user name (i.e., a series of characters) that is assigned to a person or entity by the Insured.

  • Customer identification means undertaking the process of CDD.

  • Proper identification as used above, means information generally deemed sufficient to identify you, which includes documents such as a valid driver’s license, social security account number, military identification card, and credit cards. Only if you cannot identify yourself with such information may the ICRA require additional information concerning your employment and personal or family history in order to verify your identity.
