ATH Network definition

ATH Network means an interbank network connecting various participating financial institutions in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean such network also serves as a debit card network for Cards issued under ATH brand.
ATH Network means the interbank network connecting the ATMs of various financial institutions in the Region, and is also the debit card network for ATH-linked ATM cards.
ATH Network has the meaning set forth in the Business Transfer Agreement.

Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.
