ATEL Equipment definition
ATEL Equipment means all equipment used by dpiX as of April 1, -------------- 1999 that is leased by Xerox from ATEL Financial Corporation.

As compensation for remarketing services rendered in connection with the sale of Equipment, ATEL Equipment Corporation, an Affiliate of the General Partner, or another of the Affiliates of the General Partner, shall be entitled to receive an amount equal to the lesser of (i) 3% of the sales price of the Equipment, or (ii) one-half the normal competitive equipment sale commission charged by unaffiliated parties for such services.
