AT vehicle. : means a vehicle, other than FL or OX, intended for the carriage of dangerous goods in tank-containers, portable tanks or MEGCs of more than 3 m3 capacity, fixed tanks or demountable tanks of more than 1 m3 capacity or a battery vehicle of more than 1 m3 capacity other than an FL vehicle.
