AT Contract definition

AT Contract means any separate contract entered into by AT and the Supplier for the purchase of Deliverables as referenced in the Purchase / Contract Order.

  • To the Knowledge of the Selling Parties, AT has not received in writing any claim or threat that it has breached any of the terms and conditions of any AT Contract.
