ASX Clear Operating Rules means the operating rules of ASX Clear Pty Ltd from time to time.

ATO is the acronym for ‘Australian Taxation Office’. Audit Fee means professional costs incurred as a result of an annual audit conducted by an approved auditor. Australian ADI has the meaning given to that term in the Corporations Act. Authorised Investment includes: a any Securities listed on any recognised stock exchange, or securities in any other public company; b debentures, stocks or bonds issued or proposed to be issued by a government; c debentures, bonds or notes issued or proposed to be issued by a body corporate or unincorporated; d interests in managed investment schemes, as defined in the Corporations Act; e an approved deposit fund; f cash and basic deposit products; g a trustee common fund; h Direct Property; and i life insurance policies issued under the Life Insurance Act or a state Friendly Societies Act and excludes Unsupervised Investments.
ASX Clear Operating Rules means the clearing rules of ASX Clear Pty Limited, as amended or substituted form time to time;
ASX Clear Operating Rules means the operating rules of ASX Clear, as amended from time to time. ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Limited.
