Astra Associate definition

Astra Associate means any company which is a holding company of Astra or a subsidiary of Astra and any other subsidiary of any such holding company or subsidiary and for this purpose a company shall be deemed to be a "subsidiary" of another if that other is a member of it and controls the composition of its board of directors.
