Assured Fleet Availability definition
Assured Fleet Availability means following and excludes reserves fleet:
Assured Fleet Availability shall have the meaning as ascribed thereto in Clause 5.1(j) of the Agreement.

The Electric Buses shall be as per Technical Specifications given in Volume 3 of the RFP andthe Operator shall maintain Daily Assured Fleet Availability, within the Bus Service Area in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and subject to the Applicable Laws and Applicable Clearances.
