Assumption Orders definition
Assumption Orders means the order or orders entered by the Bankruptcy Court (which may include the Confirmation Order) approving the assumption of the Assumed Contracts, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Investors.
Assumption Orders means the Amended Order Approving the Assumption and Assignment of a Certain Unexpired Lease [Docket No. 1013] and the Order Approving the Assumption and Assignment of Certain Unexpired Lease [Docket No. 799].
