ASSOCIATION RIGHTS. Association Rights" means all of Seller's rights, interests and obligations as a member of The Grove at Black Canyon Association, formed under the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions recorded on April 16, 1986, as Instrument No. 86-185402, in the Official Records of Maricopa County, Arizona, as thereafter supplemented and amended.
