Association means the Public Service Association and Professional Officers’ Association Amalgamated Union of New South Wales.
Association Property means that property, real and personal, which is owned or leased by, or is dedicated by a recorded plat to, the association for the use and benefit of its members.
Limited cooperative association means, with respect to a Wisconsin cooperative, a cooperative organized under ch. 193.
Cooperative association means any of the following:
Association Representative A member of the Association, who has been designated as a representative by the Association or a staff person of the Association.
Electric cooperative means a not-for-profit electric light company that both is or has been financed in whole or in part under the "Rural Electrification Act of 1936," 49 Stat. 1363, 7 U.S.C. 901, and owns or operates facilities in this state to generate, transmit, or distribute electricity, or a not-for-profit successor of such company.
Trade association means an entity recognized by the State in which the entity is doing business as a trade association and shall not include an organization that is formed for the purposes of providing insurance. “Transaction cutoff date” for weekly data reporting is 8 p.m. Central time on Friday of each week and for monthly data reporting is 8 p.m. Central time on Friday after the first Sunday of the month.
Associations means, collectively, MasterCard International Inc. ("MasterCard"), VISA U.S.A., Inc. ("VISA"), DFS Services LLC d/b/a Discover Network (“Discover”) (including any card issuer of payment cards processed and settled through the Discover network, which may include Japanese Credit Bureau (“JCB”), China Union Pay (“CUP”) and Diners Club International (“DCI”)), and American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. (“American Express”) and certain similar entities.
Master association means an organization that is authorized to exercise some or all of the powers of one or more associations on behalf of one or more common interest communities or for the benefit of the unit owners of one or more common interest communities.
Cooperative means a housing corporation or association which

Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.

Empowerment Neighborhoods means neighborhoods designated by the Urban Coordinating Council “in consultation and conjunction with” the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority pursuant to N.J.S.A 55:19-69.
Arbitration organization means an association, agency, board, commission, or other entity that is neutral and initiates, sponsors, or administers an arbitration proceeding or is involved in the appointment of an arbitrator.

Savings and loan association means an association established under Act No. 156 of the Public Acts of 1964, as amended, being sections 489.501 to 489.920 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, or a federal savings and loan association established under the laws of the United States having its main office in this state.
Government servant means any person appointed by Government to any civil service or post in connection with the affairs of the Union & includes a civilian in a Defence service;
