Association expense definition

Association expense means a membership fee for:
Association expense means a membership fee for: (i) a political association; or
Association expense means an expense incurred by the Manager or the Association and for which the Association and not the Manager, is financially liable. The Association Expense shall include such items as Dentist salaries and benefits (including professional dues, subscriptions, charitable donations, and continuing dental education expenses) and professional liability insurance for the Association, the Dentists and the Manager's employees rendering services pursuant to this Agreement.

Examples of Association expense in a sentence

  • The Judicial Branch shall furnish to MSEA, upon request, but not more than quarterly, and at Association expense, a computer listing of current information, specified hereinafter, for each employee in positions covered by this Agreement.

  • Any equipment lost, stolen, or damaged while in use by the Association shall be repaired or replaced at Association expense.

  • The Association may review and copy (at Association expense) District Business records, except those protected by law from disclosure, during the District Office working hours.

  • Any additional data or reports requiring administrative time shall be at Association expense at a fixed hourly rate.

  • Copies will be made upon request by the above persons at Association expense.

  • Upon request a copy at Association expense of any documents contained therein shall be afforded the employee.

  • Should individual Owners or others not willingly cooperate with the Association or Agent in providing information necessary to maintain up-to-date records, any research cost, including internet searches, to accomplish same shall be an additional Association expense.

Related to Association expense

  • Litigation Expense means any court filing fee, court cost, arbitration fee, and each other fee and cost of investigating or defending an indemnified claim or asserting any claim for indemnification or defense under this Agreement, including Attorney’s Fees, other professionals’ fees, and disbursements. “Attorney’s Fees” include a charge for the service of in-house counsel at the market rate for independent counsel of similar experience.

  • Litigation Expenses means costs and expenses incurred in connection with commencing, prosecuting and settling the Action (which may include the costs and expenses of Plaintiffs directly related to their representation of the Settlement Class), for which Lead Counsel intends to apply to the Court for reimbursement from the Settlement Fund.

  • Transition Expenses The reasonable costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) of the Backup Servicer incurred in connection with the transferring the servicing obligations under this Agreement and amending this Agreement to reflect such transfer in an amount not to exceed $100,000.

  • Administration Expenses means all fees, disbursements, expenses, costs, taxes and any other amounts incurred or payable by the Plaintiffs, Class Counsel or otherwise for the approval, implementation and operation of this Settlement Agreement, including the costs of notices, but excluding Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel Disbursements.

  • Property Protection Expenses Any costs and expenses incurred by the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.04, 3.07, 3.10(f), 3.10(g) or 3.17(b) or indicated herein as being a cost or expense of the Lower-Tier REMIC to be advanced by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, as applicable.
