Association Common Area definition
Association Common Area means all of the Development, excepting the individual Units, and excepting the Building Common Area, as further defined in Section 2.2 of this Declaration, and as shown on the Condominium Plan. The term “Association Common Area” shall also mean that portion of the Property described as such in a Declaration of Annexation.
