Association Building Representative definition

Association Building Representative as used in this Agreement means any qualified member of the bargaining unit who is designated by the Association to act as its representative at meetings and conferences at the school building level. The term "state or national Association representative" as used in this Agreement means any staff employee of the NEA-New Hampshire or the NEA. This term will be specifically stated whenever such representation is permitted under the terms of this Agreement. Whenever the singular is used in this Agreement, it is to include the plural.
Association Building Representative as used in this Agreement means any qualified member of the bargaining unit who is designated by the Association to act as its representative at meetings and conferences at the school building level. The term "state or national Association representative" as used in this Agreement means any staff employee of the NEA-New Hampshire or the NEA. This term will be specifically stated whenever such representation is permitted under the terms of this Agreement. The term "instructional day" as used in this Agreement shall mean a time span beginning when students are first required to be in the school building and ending when students are formally dismissed. Whenever the singular is used in this Agreement, it is to include the plural.
Association Building Representative as used in this Agreement means any qualified member of the bargaining unit who is designated by the Association to act as its representative at meetings and conferences at the school building level.

  • The Association Building Representative has the responsibility of maintaining the bulletin board.

  • The Association Building Representative or their designee may place items in the mailboxes at their respective sites.
