Associated Distribution System definition
Associated Distribution System means, in relation to a Licensed Distribution System Operator (or SMRA, as the case may be), a Distribution System: (i) which is not operated by a Licensed Distribution System Operator; and (ii) in respect of which all the entry/exit points are subject to registration in such Licensed Distribution System Operator's (or SMRA's) SMRS pursuant to the provisions of the MRA; and, for these purposes, 'entry/exit point' means a point at which electricity may flow on to or off such Distribution System other than from or to the Transmission System or another Distribution System;
