Associate Services definition

Associate Services means services/ facilities related to telecom tower including In Building Systems (IBS), Common Antenna Systems (CAS) and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) as well as small cells (not limited to femtocell, picocell, metrocell or microcell), which includes either individually or in combination, physical site, building, associated equipment shelters, combiners, couplers, splitters, attenuators, coaxial cables, connectors, electric power supply and battery backup, control equipment grounding / earthing, air conditioning, security arrangement, in-house wiring etc.

Associate Services means the management services provided to the Player by the Company in accordance with this Agreement as described in schedule item 1;

Examples of Associate Services in a sentence

  • In consideration for the Company performing the Associate Services, the Player Image Rights Holder agrees to pay to the Company the following Associate Fees during the Term (indicate the fee arrangement by ticking the appropriate box and completing the details for that item):.

  • If any amount owing to the Executive under this Agreement is not paid by the Company, or on its behalf, within 15 days after a written demand, claim or request for payment has been sent to the Company to the attention of its Associate Services Dept.

  • By allowing the commencement of the provision of the Associate Services Client acknowledges that it has so satisfied itself.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Client will be liable to pay for the provision of the Associate Services by the unsatisfactory Supplier/Associate up to the date of any such removal.

  • Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, each Party shall be entitled to freely determine the manner of performance of its obligations (including provision of Sanhar ABS Services by Sanhar ABS and Associate Services by Associate) under this Agreement.

  • If Sparta Global is unable to provide such a replacement within 14 days of proof, to Sparta Global's satisfaction, of the unsatisfactory provision and/or performance of the Associate Services by the original Supplier/Associate, Client may at its discretion terminate the Associate Assignment with immediate effect by written notice to Sparta Global.

  • If Client terminates an Associate Assignment without cause and fails to give Sparta Global all or part of such notice, without prejudice to any other remedy Sparta Global may have, Client shall pay Sparta Global the fees that would have been payable by Client if Client had given Sparta Global notice of the full Notice Period and the Associate Services had been performed throughout such period.

  • The Associate's failure to comply with this Agreement or Associate Services Agreement Rules and Guidelines constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
