Associate real property appraiser definition
Associate real property appraiser or “associate appraiser” means an individual who has registered with the board as an associate real property appraiser, as defined in Iowa Code section 543D.2(5), and who is training to become a certified residential or certified general real property appraiser.
Associate real property appraiser means the same as defined in Iowa Code section 543D.2(6).
Associate real property appraiser or “associate apprais- er” means an individual who is has registered with the board but who does not meet the experience requirements for certi- fication in a certified residential or a certified general classi- fication. The associate appraiser has met the educational re- quirements and successfully completed either the certified residential or certified general real estate appraiser examina- tion. The associate appraiser must work under the supervi- sion of a certified general or certified residential real proper- ty appraiser depending on which examination the associate appraiser successfully completes. However, an associate res- idential real property appraiser may be supervised by a certi- fied general real property appraiser. as an associate real property appraiser, as defined in Iowa Code section 543D.2(5), and who is training to become a certified residen- tial or certified general real property appraiser.
