Associate – Prospective Member definition
Associate – Prospective Member means any management consultant who meets theInstitute’s eligibility criteria for Membership; Candidate – Prospective Member means one who meets the Institute’s criteria for embarking on the CMC certification process. A Prospective Member is entitled to vote only on matters related to the Regulation and Bylaws at Members’ meetings and may serve on the Board. The Board may establish policy regarding the timeframe in which a Prospective Member must become a Certified Member, as well as any other rights and obligations for Prospective Members.
