Associate Counselor definition

Associate Counselor means any person who holds himself or herself out to the public by any title or description of services incorporating the words 'Associate Counselor': and who renders or offers to render counseling services to individuals, groups, organizations, corporations, institutions, government agencies or the general public for a fee, or otherwise, implying that he or she is trained, experienced or expert in counseling, under the supervision of a duly licensed professional counselor.
