Associate Consultant definition

Associate Consultant. A standard technician used for Tier 1 Support. • Consultant: An advanced technician which includes Tier 1 Support. • Technical Consultant: A standard network technician performing Tier 2 Support.
Associate Consultant means a consultant at the beginning of their consulting career who will typically do work to support the Consultants and Senior Consultants. Associate Consultants may perform work which is sometimes complex and non-routine; however this is generally performed under supervision. It is expected that an associate consultant will need to seek guidance when any unforeseen problems arise; 'Authorised Personnel' means the office holders and their delegates who have a legislative responsibility to investigate, monitor or audit the affairs of Agencies, including the Commonwealth Ombudsman, Auditor-General and Privacy Commissioner and their equivalent State and Territory office holders; 'Broad Network Access' means capabilities which are available over the network and accessed through standard mechanisms that promote use by heterogeneous thin or thick client platforms (e.g., mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and workstations); 'Business Day' means any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday in the Australian Capital Territory or a national public holiday where a 'national public holiday' is a public service holiday throughout Australia promulgated in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette; 'Business Hours' means from 8.00am to 6.00pm on a Business Day at the place where the Cloud Services are to be provided (which will be deemed to be the place where the Customer accesses the Cloud Services); 'Category (or Categories)' means the division of Cloud Services into classes with particular shared characteristics. Categories include, but are not limited to Compute, Storage, Web Hosting and Application Deployment;

Examples of Associate Consultant in a sentence

  • The name of consultant shall be written as Associate Consultant on all drawings/documents only after DPR is approved from all the concerned authorities.

  • Associate Consultant shall keep EPI indemnified all the times and shall bear the losses suffered by EPI in this regard.

  • No fees or expenses shall be payable to the Associate Consultant in case work is not awarded to EPI by client due to any reasons whatsoever.

  • In case there is a major change in basic parameters, which could affect the quantities, the Associate Consultant will revise the design and find ways and means of completing the project within the cost as approved by the client at the sanction stage.

  • In case Associate Consultant does not provide performance bank guarantee, an amount of 5% of the value of total consultancy fees shall be deducted from initial payments for various stages @ of 50% of due payment till total deduction on this account reaches 5% of total value of consultancy fees.
