Associate Agreement definition

Associate Agreement means any lease, sale and lease back, loan, hire purchase or other finance agreement entered into between the Company and an Associate whether entered into before, on, or after the date of the Loan Agreement.

Associate Agreement means a form of agreement identical to this Agreement and shall, as the context requires, be included within the definition of Sponsorship Agreement as set forth in the attached ▇▇▇▇ Sponsorship Agreement.

  • Business Associate shall provide a copy of the Business Associate Agreement it enters into with a subcontractor to Covered Entity upon request.

  • Business Associate shall enter into a Business Associate Agreement with any Subcontractor to whom it provides PHI to require compliance with HIPAA and to ensure Business Associate and Subcontractor comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Contractor shall cooperate in executing a written confidentiality agreement under FERPA and/or a Business Associate Agreement (HIPAA/HITECH) or other contractual provisions upon request by the State or any Authorized User.

  • The HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required for all contracts in which an individual’s protected health information is included in the contract between CE (a covered entity for HIPAA purposes) and a private individual or private business entity (Business Associate for HIPAA purposes).

  • Any non-compliance by BA with the provisions of this Business Associate Agreement Addendum or the HHS privacy regulations will automatically be considered grounds for breach if BA knew or reasonably should have known of such non-compliance and failed to immediately take reasonable steps to cure the non-compliance.

  • A reference in this Business Associate Agreement to a section in the HIPAA Rules means the section as in effect or as amended.
