ASSL definition

ASSL has the meaning set forth in the Preamble or its permitted successors and assigns.
ASSL or “the Transferor Company” means Agrani Satellite Services Limited, a company incorporated under the Act and having its registered office at Essel House, B-10, Lawrence Road, Industrial Area, Delhi – 110035;
ASSL means Amdocs Software Systems Limited and any permitted successors and permitted assigns.

  • Catechumen means a member of the catechumenate of a Catholic Church. This will normally be evidenced by a certificate of reception into the order of catechumens.

  • SDSL or "Symmetric Digital Subscriber Line" is a baseband DSL transmission technology that permits the bi-directional transmission from up to 160 kbps to 2.048 Mbps on a single pair.
