Assistant Stage Manager definition

Assistant Stage Manager means an Employee directed by a full-time stage manager to perform duties pertaining to stage management. Specifically an Assistant Stage Manager will not be required to be responsible for musical and/or lighting management.

  • For the tech week of each production, the Stage Manager and Assistant Stage Manager shall be paid, in addition to contractual salary, not less than 1/6th of contractual salary, with method of payment to be stated in a rider to the Contract.

  • A Theatre may engage a replacement Stage Manager or Assistant Stage Manager on a one week contract.

  • An Assistant Stage Manager may not be assigned the primary responsibility for a production.
