Assignment Protocol definition

Assignment Protocol means the protocol for assignment of the Properties described in Schedule 4 "the Confidentiality means the Confidentiality and Exclusivity Agreement Agreement" entered into between CTI and One 2 One dated 30 day of November 1998.
