Assignment Phase definition

Assignment Phase means a period of six months immediately prior to each DMC Term which shall commence on 30 September of each calendar year (including) and shall end on 1 April of each calendar year (excluding) during which Eurex Clearing AG shall determine which Eligible Clearing Members shall participate in a DMC in the following DMC Term in accordance with Number 2.2. With respect to the first DMC Term such period may be different depending on the start date of the relevant DMC Term.

Examples of Assignment Phase in a sentence

  • During the Assignment Phase, Eurex Clearing AG shall determine the Eligible Clearing Member or Eligible FCM Clearing Member which shall participate as Participating DMC Member Institution.

  • Eurex Clearing AG will inform each selected Eligible Clearing Member and Eligible FCM Clearing Member of its selection as Participating DMC Member pursuant to Paragraph (3) above at the latest ten weeks after the submission of the Assignment Phase Notice.

  • Eurex Clearing AG will inform each selected Eligible Clearing Member and Eligible FCM Clearing Member of its selection as Participating DMC Member Institution pursuant to Paragraph (1) above at the latest prior to the end of the 20th Business Day after submission of the Assignment Phase Notice.

  • All Eligible Clearing Members which intend to volunteer as Participating DMC Member Institution shall (i) inform Eurex Clearing AG thereof no later than on the first Business Day of the relevant Assignment Phase and (ii) specify in which DMC they wish to participate.

  • Eurex Clearing AG will immediately inform each selected Eligible Clearing Member and Eligible FCM Clearing Member of their selection as Participating DMC Member Institutions pursuant to Paragraph (2) above at the latest prior to the end of the 20th Business Day after submission of the Assignment Phase Notice.

  • Eurex Clearing AG will inform the Eligible Clearing Members so selected no laterthan 15 December of their selection as Participating DMC Member at the latest three months after the start of the relevant Assignment Phase.

  • Whenever a Participating DMC Member Institution needs to be selected, Eurex Clearing AG initiates the “ Assignment Phase” by submitting a written notice to all Eligible Clearing Members and all Eligible FCM Clearing Members with respect to the relevant DMC informing on the commencement of the Assignment Phase (“Assignment Phase Notice”).


More Definitions of Assignment Phase

Related to Assignment Phase

  • Patent Assignment Agreement means the patent assignment agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit A.
