Assignment Payment definition

Assignment Payment has the meaning given in clause 6.11.6(b)(ii);

More Definitions of Assignment Payment

Assignment Payment means One Million Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500,000). The Assignment Payment shall be made by certified, cashiers or bank treasurer's check, or by wire transfer.
