Examples of Assignment Opinion in a sentence

  • All Mortgage assignments as to which an acceptable Assignment Opinion has not been delivered shall be accomplished within twelve months of the Startup Day (including any assignments not originally recorded due to lack of recordation information), unless the Certificate Insurer agrees to extend such period, at the expense of the Originator or of the Sponsor.

  • No action shall be taken at any meeting unless the Partnership has received a Limited Liability Opinion, a Tax Opinion and an Assignment Opinion with respect to such action.

Related to Assignment Opinion

  • Assignment / job means the work to be performed by the Consultant pursuant to the Contract.

  • Favorable Opinion of Bond Counsel means, with respect to any action the taking of which requires such an opinion, an unqualified opinion of Bond Counsel to the effect that such action will not adversely affect the exclusion of interest on the Bonds from gross income for federal income tax purposes (subject to the inclusion of any exceptions contained in the opinion delivered upon the original issuance of the Bonds).

  • Opinion of Bond Counsel means a written opinion of Bond Counsel.

  • Withdrawal Opinion of Counsel has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.1(b).

  • Patent Assignment Agreement means the Patent Assignment Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit G.
