Assignment of Agreements Affecting Real Estate definition

Assignment of Agreements Affecting Real Estate means, that certain Assignment of Agreements Affecting Real Estate, dated as of the date hereof, from Borrower, as assignor, to Lender, as assignee, assigning to Lender all of Borrower’s interest in and to the Additional Collateral as security for the Loan, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Assignment of Agreements Affecting Real Estate means the Assignment of Agreements Affecting Real Estate dated the date hereof, executed by the Borrower in favor of the Lender, pursuant to which the Borrower, as security for the Obligations, has assigned to the Lender all of its right, title, and interest (but none of its duties, obligations, or liabilities) in and to, among other things, the licenses, permits, and contracts described therein relating to the Facility, together with any future amendments, restatements, modifications, or supplements thereof or thereto.
Assignment of Agreements Affecting Real Estate. The assignment to Bank of Borrower's interest in all licenses, permits, approvals, certificates and agreements issued by any Governmental Authority (as hereinafter defined) to Borrower, together with contracts, subcontracts, agreements, service agreements, rights, warranties and purchase orders executed by or on behalf of Borrower, all in connection with the Improvements, executed and delivered on the date hereof, and all as more particularly set forth therein.
