Assignment Instrument definition

Assignment Instrument means an Assignment Instrument in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A that specifies, among other things, the Assessment Contract(s) being assigned on such date and the consideration payable on such date by the Transferee.
Assignment Instrument means any mortgage, deed of trust, or other instrument or agreement by which a borrower assigns, transfers, pledges, or otherwise grants a lien upon or encumbers its rights to rents of real property therein described to or for the benefit of a lender as security for the repayment of any indebtedness or the performance of any obligations.
Assignment Instrument means an assignment instrument substantially in the form of the attached Exhibit A.
