Assignment Charges definition

Assignment Charges shall have the meaning as attributed to the term in clause 3.10.1 of this Agreement.
Assignment Charges means the fee charged by RW in consideration of the Introduction and placement of the Temporary Worker with the Client in relation to a specific Assignment and calculated in accordance with clause 6.2 and the Rate set out in the Assignment Schedule.

Examples of Assignment Charges in a sentence

  • Bonneville may provide, at its sole discretion, any additional amounts of inc balancing reserve capacity from the FCRPS because of the conditions described in Direct Assignment Charges, section III, E.4 and F.4 of the ACS-16 rate schedule in Attachment 2.

  • From Service in Row to Service in Column Direct Assignment Charges.

  • Bonneville shall offer VERBS customers a mid-Rate Period election opportunity to change their scheduling elections from a sub-hourly scheduling commitment (30/15 or 40/15) to a 30/60 committed scheduling election, which will not be subject to the Direct Assignment Charges as described in Section III, E.4 and F.4 of the ACS-16 rate schedules in Attachment 2.

  • Ltd., payable at New Delhi/PAR; towards Assignment Charges in accordance with Clause of the Lease Deed; and particulars of the Proposed Assignee as per the attachment.

  • Bank, in favour of ASF Insignia SEZ Private Limited, payable at New Delhi towards Assignment Charges.

Related to Assignment Charges

  • Assignment Taxes has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b).

  • Assignment of Leases With respect to any Mortgaged Property, any assignment of leases, rents and profits or similar agreement executed by the Mortgagor, assigning to the mortgagee all of the income, rents and profits derived from the ownership, operation, leasing or disposition of all or a portion of such Mortgaged Property, in the form which was duly executed, acknowledged and delivered, as amended, modified, renewed or extended through the date hereof and from time to time hereafter.

  • Lease Assignment has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(d).

  • Assignment of Lease means the Assignment of Lease to be executed by the Seller and the Purchaser at the Closing with respect to each parcel of Leased Real Property listed on Section 3.14(b) of the Disclosure Schedule, substantially in the form of Exhibit 1.01(b).

  • Lease Assignments means the assignments of real property leases and subleases by and between a member of the Nuance Group, as assignor, and a member of the SpinCo Group, as assignee, in each case as set forth on Schedule XII under the caption “Lease Assignments.”
