Assigned Technology definition

Assigned Technology means any inventions, know-how, information, processes, formulae, patterns, compilations, programs, devices, methods, techniques, compounds, products, data preparations, and usage information or materials and sources thereof, whether or not patentable, which have been developed or otherwise acquired as of the Effective Date, the practice of which would infringe the Baylor Patent Rights.
Assigned Technology means all Technology listed on Schedule A and the Escrow Materials.
Assigned Technology means any and all portions of Corporation Technology (other than Assigned Mask Works): (a) used exclusively or held for use exclusively in the SPS Business; (b) the Technology set forth on Exhibit A; and (c) all rights with respect to such Technology.

More Definitions of Assigned Technology

Assigned Technology means the Technology owned by Discovery immediately prior to the Closing Date for use exclusively for the manufacture, sorting and/or intermediate (WIP) testing of semiconductor products.
