Assigned parking means parking by a person holding Assigned Parking rights to park in a particular parking space designated from time to time for such purpose by Landlord’s designated Property Manager on terms and conditions as Landlord shall establish from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord shall from time to time in its sole discretion designate any parking area within the Project for use as Assigned or Non-Assigned parking, or for the use as a “visitor only” parking area subject to Landlord’s exclusive control. Any of Tenant’s invitees parking shall be on a limited (two spaces), first- come, first-served, space-available basis, free of charge and subject at all times to the rights of other tenants of the Building. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Tenant shall not be entitled to any invitee parking in areas which Landlord has agreed are reserved for other tenants’ invitees. Except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Lease, Tenant is not entitled to any covered parking spaces or any other special rights to specific parking areas or privileges. Any or all of Non-Assigned parking shall, at Landlord’s discretion, consist of tandem parking. Tenant shall be responsible for internally organizing an efficient system with its employees so that its employees move their cars to allow ingress and egress to and from tandem spaces pursuant to parking rules and regulations which Landlord shall promulgate from time to time.

Assigned parking means a vehicle parking space, the exclusive use of which has been assigned to a Unit Owner.
