Assigned Name means the “360 Energy Engineers, LLC” name, including, without limitation, any variations or derivatives thereof, as, or as part of, Buyer’s corporate name, trade name, brand name, logo, symbol, trademark, service ▇▇▇▇, fictitious name, domain name, or other such usage, together with the goodwill of the business connected with the use of, and symbolized by, the name, and is included as an Asset.
