Assigned Member means a Member who selects or is assigned by Health Plan to a Primary Care Provider or (if required by Laws or Program Requirements) an allied health care practitioner supervised by a Physician, as the Member’s primary care provider.

The parties hereby agree to the transfer and assignment of the Assigned Member Interests by Patriot to Rhino pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and waive any and all provisions of the Operating Agreement that restrict, or might restrict, the transactions contemplated hereby.
