The Custodian hereby acknowledges receipt of the Lease Asset Files for each Lease Asset listed on the Lease Assets Schedule.
Each such amendment shall list all new account numbers assigned to Lease Assets during such Monthly Period and shall show by cross reference the prior account numbers identifying such Lease Asset on the Lease Assets Schedule.

Upon request of any of the Further Holders, the Servicer shall prepare a reconciliation of the current Lease Assets Schedule to the last Lease Assets Schedule furnished to any such Further Holders before such request indicating the removal of Leases and the related Leased Vehicles from the Lease Assets.
Except as described on the Assets Schedule, the Company's and each Subsidiary's buildings, equipment and other tangible assets are in good operating condition in all material respects and are fit for use in the ordinary course of business.
